Thailand will pushed 300 billion baht of economic stimulus plan next year
Thai Prime Minister Phisit Afghanistan Thursday said the Thai government will in January 2009 launch of 3 billion baht, about 8.7 billion U.S. dollars as the package economic incentives to promote significant economic weakness in the country. Compared with the previously plan announced, it increased the size of a 1 billion baht. He said that this sum will come from new budget, as well as state-owned bank loans, to support commodity prices, and to re-distribute in money which local governments dont’t spend.
