Attorney suggest SIQSAQ to develop defect investigation on Microsoft
After reporting to Ministry of Public Security, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Beijing attorney Dong Zhengwei again formally submitted the application of law enforcement to General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and asked the bureau to investigate the Microsoft Windows software product defect, and ordered them to recall and amerce at least 1000 million USD.

Using the Hands of the Law to Block up the Hole of “San Lu”
After the concluded meeting of the NPC Standing Committee, because of “San Lu incident”, the draft law on food safety has become the focus. The legislature frankly amended the draft in order to block up the hole of “Sanlu”; moreover, they would carry out the consideration again. Obviously, China pays great attention to this issue.
