Leap layoffs: U.S. Leap permanently closes 27 retail stores and lays off 180 people
U.S. mobile operator Leap Wireless said recently that it has been permanently shut down 27 stores and cut 180 jobs. Leap said the restructuring is the focus of its business this year, closing stores and layoffs has been described as the retail business as part of the normal adjustment process.
