Coca-Cola to respond “poisoning affair” on micro-blog: the same batch of products didn’t appear abnormal condition
The evening of November 28 , Changchu citizens Chu and Liu drank Coca-Cola Meizhiyuan Naiyou ( fresh strawberry flavor ) ,they were suspected food poisoning , Liu was stupefacient , Chu dead. Clinical diagnosis of suspected organophosphate poisoning. Security inspection, drinks contain highly toxic pesticides. Changchun reminded not to drink the recent Coca-Cola Meizhiyuan Naiyou ( fresh strawberry flavor ) .

Coca-Cola said that bankruptcy is “totally ridiculous and false rumor”

Will Coca-Cola bankrupt? Recently, an article claims Coca-Cola has already filed for bankruptcy protection, which spread all over the Internet. In response, Coca-Cola China made a statement yesterday, saying it “is a totally ridiculous and false rumor.”

Coca-Cola China relevant principal told reporters, Coca-Cola company’s financial position is very strong. China’s business has double-digit growth for 5 consecutive years. In July this year, Coca-Cola issued latest financial report that a quarter of the recent global growth was 4%; in first half of 2009, net income was more than 3.4 billion U.S. dollars.

Coca Cola acquisition for Huiyuan has been rejected
Coca Cola acquisition of Huiyuan case has been rejected, while the western institutional investors claimed that they would suffer huge losses.

Chinese Ministry of Commerce officially announced today, according to Chinese anti-monopoly law to prohibit the acquisition of Coca-Cola Huiyuan, which is the first case having not been passed since the implementation of anti-monopoly law.
