Goldman Sachs Layoffs: Due to weak earning report in second-quarter, Goldman Sachs plans to lay off 1,000 employees worldwide
Due to the declining net income report in the second quarter, the Chief Financial Officer of Goldman Sachs, David Viniar said on Tuesday that the group would lay off 1000 employees all over the world, this would be part of the content for cutting down $1.2 billion spending plans.

Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway Bus caught fire, only six people were rescued, while bodies burned to charcoal
At 4:00 am or so on July 22nd, Beijing-Zhuhai High Speed at 948 km from north to south, a bus burned near the Xinyang Ming Port, a total of 35 passengers. Local emergency rescued six people , including one seriously injured. The remainding people are unknown .

According to the Public Security Bureau of Xinyang City, the rescued six people including the driver. Among them, a seriously injured person has been placed in Zhumadian 159 Hospital ( a military hospital ) and the remaining five people are in Xinyang Central Hospital.

RMB to USD breaks 6.45, and creates new high
July 22, the central parity of RMB against the U.S. dollar reported 6.4495 , compared with the previous day ( 6.4536 ), it increased by 41 basis points and broke through 6.45, which created a new high since the foreign exchange reform .

However, RMB, or CNY, has appreciated in an unilateral way and anticipation on this is attracting more capital inflow and burdening domestic liquidity management.

Furthermore, China is faced with serious inflation and a possible boom and bust in real estate prices.
