May 2 Shanghai suffered the country’s most heavy air pollution
Affected by dust back , on May 2 Shanghai sallow haze days, visibility in parts of the urban area was only 2 km. According to the Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center at 5 pm on May 2, notice indicated that due to increase in North Dust Storm that Shanghai ’s air quality suffered the severe pollution, air pollution index (API) reached the highest value was 500, which has become the most serious air pollution in the country on May 2. It is estimated that May 3 air quality remains moderately polluted.
