China’s 2011 Security Houses White Paper: 5 years 100 million people can live in security houses in China
Yesterday, an agency announced the “2011 Security Housing White Paper ” report. The report shows that from 2011 to 2015 , China’s protection of housing supply will be equal to commerical houses, about 100 million people to solve the housing problem.

The agency estimated that the housing supply in the next five years are expected to reach 40 million units.
This year, China will start construction of affordable housing projects 10 million units, compared with 5.90 million units in 2010 , a substantial increase of 69.5%.

According to the arrangement, China will build 10 million units next year , in third year, China build 16 million sets. China’s protection of housing will be basically equal to commerical housing. A house can solve the housing problem for 3 individuals, whereas 36 million sets of security can solve the housing problems of 100 million people , then, commerical housing prices will be affected.

From the composition , the low-rent public housing and rental-based security system has been established, public rental become the type that strongly developed . In 2011, the new low-cost rental housing and public houses are about 4 million units.
