Mobile phone real name system will be launched in September, or spam messages is expected to be improved
August 20 news that, from September 1, officially launched nationwide mobile phone real name system, the current Ministry of Industry and associated implementation measures being studied.

It is reported that mobile phone real name system from the date of promulgation of regulations, new users will start to implement real-name system. Taking into account the workload, the implementation of the New Deal will have two years of transitional period, to be completed by 2012 real-name registration of mobile phones.

Industry insiders have said the measures on the mobile phone users is to solve the “letter of harassment” and “letter scam” in a good way. However, in the implementation process, the need to deal with involving the user privacy, freedom of communication on the right.

At present, China has more than 700 million mobile phone users, which does not require real-name registration in Chengdu on July 8 pre-paid subscribers.
