2009 Forbes Rich List has been issued; however, just like all of us, the richest people all over the world have gotten poorer. The year the world’s billionaires have an average net worth of $3 billion, which reduce 23% in 12 months. The world now has only 793 billionaires, down from 1,125 a year ago.
