Human organ donation 10 provinces and cities in the first pilot
In order to further regulate human organ transplants, to protect people’s health rights and interests of the Chinese Red Cross Association, the Ministry of Health, 25, launched in Shanghai, jointly announced the establishment of human organ donation system, and in China’s 10 provinces and municipalities to carry out experimental work of human organ donation .

China’s organ donation system consists of national and provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) levels pose a human organ donation organization. National human organ donation organization’s highest governing bodies of Chinese human organ donation committee, the Office of the Chinese human organ donation, the Chinese Human Organ Procurement Organization and the Chinese human organ donation constitutes a group of experts. Human organ donation organization and leadership at the provincial level agencies for the provincial committee of human organ donation, organ donation by provincial offices, provincial human organs for human organ donation organizations and the provincial-level expert group constituted.
