China to speed up establishment of a national SME development fund to support SMEs
Network news, according to the Chinese government, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao chaired a State Council on the 19th executive meeting, study and plan for the development of SMEs. It was noted that speed up the establishment of a national SME development fund, and guide the development of social capital to support SMEs and to study the business tax for small low-profit policies.

The meeting also revealed that the tax should increase support for SMEs. Gradually expand from the central budget to support the size of special funds for the development of SMEs, focusing on support for SMEs technological innovation, restructuring, expansion of employment. Study of small low-profit business tax policies. Determined to clean and to prohibit unreasonable charges, reduce the social burden of SMEs.

It was noted that SMEs are China’s national economic and social development, an important force. Promotion of SMEs, is to maintain stable and rapid development of the national economy an important basis for the relationship between people’s livelihood and social stability is a major strategic task.
