Hangzhou Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau Li held here recently to attend the second international service outsourcing business development meeting space in an interview with this newspaper disclosed that in order to support Hangzhou service outsourcing industry, Hangzhou Government has to consider the establishment of special services outsourcing industry guide Venture Capital Fund.

Hangzhou, the goal is to become an internationally renowned financial services outsourcing delivery centers, a leading provider of software outsourcing domestic R & D centers, small and medium-sized center hosted application management.
