NPC research topic of major public investment projects implementation
NPC Standing Committee to the Government this year, a significant part of the implementation of public investment projects of the thematic research activities officially started on the 26th. This is the NPC Standing Committee to further strengthen and improve the supervision of the work of an important new initiatives.

China’s economic development for the grim situation facing the arduous task and, this year’s NPC Standing Committee work report made it clear that major policy decisions to promote the deployment of the central authorities to implement the supervisory work as the top priority of the National People’s Congress. NPC Standing Committee work report from the Government put forward by the central government this year, six areas of investment arrangements, choice of four projects, organize research on special topics. Include: the protection of housing construction, education, health and other aspects of people’s livelihood projects, technical and technological innovation and the construction of farmland water conservancy.

Each topic, a research group led by vice chairman of NPC Standing Committee. The main research work is to investigate various localities and departments to seriously implement the general requirements of the central government, the work of the deployment and implementation of measures in place are effective, the investment direction of funds, matching funds, as well as progress in the implementation of the investment effects in line with state regulations.

National People’s Congress Standing Group on the topic in-depth research on the basis of the investigation, will be formed by four sub-reports and a general report, put forward opinions and suggestions to improve our work to promote and urge the Government to correctly grasp the investment-oriented, insist that the Government investment according to our capability, to prevent redundant construction and blind expansion of the city to ensure that the growth of the central security, transfer structure, re-deployment of the livelihood of the people carried out a series of decision-making. NPC Standing Committee will hear and consider the report of special investigations.

NPC Standing Committee, the General Office of the General Office of the State Council will strengthen communication and coordination, the process of research and found that the important research issues raised in the report and recommendations, timely information. Standing Committee to hear and review the research report, by the Standing Committee of the General Office will send the report and consider the views of Research Office of the State Council to deal with.
