U.S. Congress finally passed the budget bill for fiscal year of 2010
Xinhua in Washington,on April 29th (Xinhua Liu Hong and Hu Fang) on 29th United States Congress finally passed the budget bill for fiscal year of 2010, a total budget of 3.4 trillion U.S. dollars. This figure is lower than that passed by Congress earlier this month, about 3.5 trillion U.S. dollars of the budget. U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate passed on the same day the revised budget bill for fiscal year of 2010. The bill in the House of Representatives votes with 193 to 233 vote and in the Senate by 53 votes to 43 was adopted.

EU member states on the reform of the telecommunications industry to reach an agreement
Xinhua in Brussels, on April 29th (Xinhua Shang Jun) on behalf of EU member states on 29th in Brussels on the reform of the telecommunications industry, finally agreed so as to pave the way for at an early date the adoption of legislation. According to the program, a new body composed of representatives of departments in charge of EU telecommunications will be responsible for the operation of the telecommunications market in the entire EU to make policy proposals to strengthen the coordination of the rules of the telecommunications market.

Angola announced one billion U.S. dollars as investment in reviving the agricultural production
In Luanda Xinhua on April 29th (Xinhua Dai Adi) Angolan Government recently announced that this year there would be one billion U.S. dollars into the revitalization of the agricultural production in Angola which during the civil war was ravaged. Angolan Prime Minister on 28th in the opening of the first session of the National Conference on Agricultural Development said that the government would invest 79 billion this year, Kwanza (approximately one billion U.S. dollars), launched a series of agricultural development and production projects.
