A number of British major cities with unemployment rate increased
Xinhua on April 14th from London Electricity (Yang Mofei) British economic think tank, “the work of the Foundation,” released survey on 14th, with the extent of British economic recession deepened, as at the end of February in this year over the past year, many cities in UK greatly increased the unemployed population. In addition to major cities in the United Kingdom outside London, the unemployment rate in Birmingham was at top, from 5.3 percent a year ago rose 7.3 percent at the present, and peoples to receive unemployment benefits rose more than 30%.
