The first climate change negotiation of the United Nations in 2009 ended and the position of China was commended
Developed countries in the implementation of greenhouse gas emission reduction target, in the historical responsibility, the actual capacity of the scientific requirements and expectations of developing countries, are very different. The developed countries should give sufficient space to the developing countries for development to achieve economic development and poverty eradication. The first10-day international negotiations of United Nations on Climate Change in 2009, on April 8th ended in Bonn, Germany.
