President of European Central Bank Jean-Claude Trichet: not rule out the possibility to continue to cut interest rates
The President of European Central Bank Jean-Claude Trichet on Thursday urged all countries to be responsible for exchange rate policy, and reaffirmed the European Central Bank still has a room to cut interest rates to some extent.
