Finland, the aging of the population becoming more and more serious
HELSINKI, on March 27th (Xinhua Shanghai), according to the Center of Finland on 27th, National Statistics released the latest figures, in which Finland foe the first time the elderly over 65 years of age in the proportion of the population over 15 years of age in the proportion of the population. The aging of the population of Finland has become increasingly serious. According to statistics, as at the end of 2008, 5,326,000 in the national population of Finland, the population aged over 65 were up to 892,000 people, while the population under 15 years of age dropped to 891,000 people.
