Floods caused Namibia and Angola more than 50 million people affected
Xinhua in Geneva, on March 27th (XinhuaYang Ling) United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Geneva on 27th said that since the beginning of the year, floods because of heavy rains, in Namibia and Angola it had resulted in more than 50 million people affected. The spokesman of United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Elizabeth Beers at the press conference said that the Namibian north-central and north-eastern regions in the most serious disaster, and the current number of people affected had exceeded 350,000, of which 13 million people were left homeless.
