Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly opposed the U.S. sanctions against Chinese companies
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said China firmly opposed the U.S. to impose sanctions against Chinese companies for the so-called domestic law and thought U.S. approach had no benefit on non-proliferation cooperation to both sides.
Obama said earlier that the Government would take action against China, Iran and North Korea companies which violate prevention of missile and other weapons technology proliferation relevant laws of the United States.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said Sunday that he is confident China will weather the global economic crisis, calling for cooperation to tackle the financial storm. The confidence comes from a correct judgment of the current situation, Wen said in an interview with the Financial Times.
In addition, he said China has confidence because of its stable and sound financial market, broad market potential and leeway to deal with the crisis. Most importantly, Wen told the newspaper, China has confidence that it will weather the financial storm because of the government’s swift and powerful measures to decisively deal with the situation. Wen also said he is confident that China will maintain economic growth at “about 8 percent” this year.
After laying off 5000 employees, Microsoft will recruit 3,000 staff for search and cloud computing
News on February 3: according to foreign media reports, Microsoft said this week that the company would continue to recruit employees in network services, search, and cloud computing.
Although Microsoft has already laid off 5,000 people, the company said that it would additionally recruit 2000-3000 posts. However, Microsoft needs to reduce overall expenditure, but the new employees will have a significant impact on strategic development.
