Qantas Airways acquisition of British Airways, InBev acquisition of Anheuser-Busch

(Company M & A) Qantas Airways CEO claimed they may not happen the acquisition of British Airways
Chief Executive Officer Alan Joyce said the company and British Airways would not carry out the acquisition and merger, and the Qantas Airways had not carry out any negotiations with other airlines.

InBev acquires and merges AB
InBev acquisition of Anheuser-Busch has been finally settled. On Nov. 18, InBev announced the successful acquisition and merger of AB with cash, whereas the company name would be changed into Anheuser-Busch InBev. InBev cost 5.2 billion U.S. dollars for this acquisition and merger.
