Rumor says Microsoft plans to acquire Yahoo search business
According to sources, Microsoft and Yahoo resume negotiations on the acquisition, while Microsoft plans to merge Yahoo search business with 20 billion U.S. dollars. Microsoft has attempted to acquire Yahoo for two times, but ended in failure. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has said before they have no intention to acquire Yahoo, but still interest in acquiring search business.

News says that Microsoft and Yahoo executives deny the acquisition
Microsoft plans to merge Yahoo search business with 20 billion U.S. dollars and supports the new management of former AOL chairman Jonathan Miller and former president of Fox Interactive Media Ross Levinsohn to control Yahoo, but Microsoft will not acquire Yahoo as a whole. However, Levinsohn and a number of important sources denied the reports are true. Yahoo and Microsoft high-level also denied the news. Moreover, they expressed there will not be any similar negotiation in recent days.
