Iran asked OPEC to reduce production of 1.5 million barrels
In order to prevent the rapid decline in international oil prices, Iran alled on Iran on the 15th Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to cut oil output again 1-1.5 million barrels.

Saudi Arabia announced 400 million U.S. dollars as oil industry investment plan
Abdullah said the activity is to stimulate regional economic growth, offset the negative impact of the global financial crisis and they was to join hands with other countries “to ensure the global economic recovery and growth.”

Mozambique and South Africa will build a power station
Mozambique power company, on 14th said the company will work with the State Power Corporation of South Africa together to create a power station in Mozambique, with investment up to 1.3 billion U.S. dollars.
