The Yunnan branch of China Eastern Airlines made a written apology to passengers for the return incident
Presided over by People’s Court in Guandu district in Kunming, recently, Yunnan branch of China Eastern Airlines made two formal apologies and refund the funds of tickets on the day. After reached a settlement they made a withdrawal of the Yunnan branch of China Eastern’s prosecution.

The Yunnan branch of China Eastern Airlines’ non-technical claim which is concerned had an outcome of the case. Yesterday, “China court.com” announced a mediation program between the two sides.
