Video: India bombings resulted in 48 deaths and sparked riots
India’s northeast Assam on the 30th took place a series of bombings with more than 10. As news reporters, in the explosion 48 people were killed and 300 injured.

An Islamic organization claimed in charge of bombings in India
According to Agence France-Presse report on October 31st, a previously unknown Islamic group claimed responsibility for serial blasts which on Friday took place in India’s Assam. The series of explosions has caused 76 deaths and more than 300 people were injured.

Premier Wen Jiabao and Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov held talks
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao ended his official visit to Kazakhstan in Astana, and will on 31st left for home leave.

Premier Wen Jiabao met with Kazakhstan to sign 13 cooperation documents
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on the 31st met Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov, and the two sides agreed that the two countries should further strengthen the Sino-Kazakh strategic partnership and signed a rail, agriculture, customs, oil and gas pipelines, nuclear energy and others up to 13 areas of cooperation documents.

Far East Oil Pipeline Extension Agreement

PetroChina signed the Russian Far East oil pipeline extension agreement in principle
China National Petroleum Corporation and Russia has recently signed pipeline transportation agreement in principle, which the two sides will be on the base of the 1st step of Russia’s Far East oil pipeline project, and on the basis of the common construction and operation from the Russian Far East city of Skovorodino to the city of Mohe to Daqing as Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline through the Chinese border.

Russian pipeline transport company and China National Petroleum Corporation made a co-ordination, with a completion of the Russia-China oil pipeline design.

Russia dissatisfied with the Sino-Russian oil agreement: falling into the trap of China
According to the talk Tuesday between Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Wen Jiabao, which signed a document but the ink was dry, the Sino-Russian agreement will be met with Russian entrepreneurs and experts from the severe criticism.
